The General Messages module enables operators to exchange informational messages with registered Foreign SPOCs. These messages are simple text-based communications that can be used to notify foreign counterparts about important operational updates, administrative information, or other critical events related to SPOC operations.

Note: Messages can only be exchanged with Foreign SPOCs that have been configured and registered in the Registered SPOCs sub-module.
