The Manage Requests sub-module displays all certificate requests that are currently pending and require review and approval by an operator before they can be processed.

When the SPOC Service is configured to use Manual Request Processing Mode, incoming requests are placed in a pending state and appear in this section for operator review. Operators can examine the request details, perform the necessary validation checks, and then either approve or reject the request.

The ADSS SPOC Service supports the following request categories:

  • Domestic Requests: Requests received from domestic DVCAs for certificate issuance or related SPOC operations.
  • Foreign Requests: Requests received from foreign SPOCs for certificate issuance or other cross-border SPOC transactions.

Approving Requests

Operators can review pending requests and approve them after completing the required verification and validation procedures. Once approved, the request is processed according to the configured SPOC workflow.

Declining Requests

If a request does not meet the required validation criteria or should not be processed, the operator can decline the request. Declined requests are removed from the pending queue and recorded in the Declined Requests section for audit and tracking purposes.

This functionality provides administrators and operators with greater control over certificate request processing while maintaining a complete record of approved and rejected requests.
