Sent Messages
The Sent Messages sub-module displays all messages that have been sent from the ADSS SPOC Service to registered Foreign SPOCs. This module enables operators to review previously sent communications and track message exchanges with foreign counterparts.
To view the list of sent messages, navigate to the following screen:

The configuration items are as follows:

To |
Displays the country of the Foreign SPOC to which the message was sent. |

Message ID |
A system-generated unique identifier assigned to the message. This identifier is used for tracking and auditing purposes. |

Sent At |
Displays the date and time when the message was sent. |

Subject |
Displays the subject of the message, providing a brief summary of its content. |
|
Message |
Displays the message content. Click View in this column to open and review the complete message body. |
|
Foreign Message ID |
Displays the identifier of the original received message if the sent message was created as a reply. This field helps establish a relationship between received and sent messages for tracking purposes. |
|
Delete |
Permanently removes the selected message from the Sent Messages list. |
Viewing Message Content
To view the complete contents of a sent message, click View in the Message column for the required message.
The following screen is displayed:

This screen displays the complete message body and related message details.
Deleting a Certificate
To remove a sent message from the list:
- Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) at the end of the corresponding row.
- Select Delete.

Note: Deleting a message removes it from the Sent Messages list. Ensure that the message is no longer required for operational or audit purposes before performing this action. |
Searching for Foreign Certificates
To locate a specific sent message, click the Advanced Search icon on the Sent Messages page:

The Advanced Search feature allows messages to be filtered using one or more of the following criteria:
- Message ID
- To Country
This functionality enables administrators and operators to quickly locate sent messages based on their unique identifier or the destination Foreign SPOC country.
