Before a business application can access and use the ADSS SPOC Service, it must first be registered through the Client Manager module.

In the context of the SPOC Service, business applications typically include:

  • Failed to send OTP
  • Internal error occurred (Reason: database not available etc)

Once a client application has been registered, administrators can configure the permissions and access rights required for SPOC operations through the Client Manager > SPOC Service settings.

These permissions determine the SPOC Service functions that the client is authorized to access and help ensure that only approved business applications can submit certificate requests and communicate with the ADSS SPOC Service.
