To reset the usage statistics of an account:

  1. Click the "Accounts" option from the left menu.
    The "Accounts" screen will appear.
  2. Search the account, whose usage statistics are required to reset. 
  3. Now click  adjacent to it, and then select the "Reset Usage Statistics" option.
     
  4. A confirmation dialog will appear, click Yes to reset the account usage statistics.
    The allowed number of workflows and signatures (of the subscribed service plan) will be reset to zero in the user account.
