Step 3 - Registering Business Application

To retrieve Master Lists and CRLs from the NPKD Service, a client application must first be registered in the Client Manager module. After registration, the client can be granted access to the NPKD Service and assigned the appropriate permissions through Client Manager > NPKD Service.
