Visible PDF Signature
Visible PDF signatures produced by ADSS Server have a signature appearance on the document (which can be printed as hard copy recognition of the existence of the digital signature):
The following image shows each part of the signature appearance that is configurable within ADSS Server:
ADSS Server allows the creation of multiple PDF Signature Appearances and then linking these with a PDF Go>Sign profile. The process of creating PDF Signature appearances is described in the next section. All labels and appearance text can be configured using a local language.
In addition to this the signer's contact details (e.g. phone number) can also be added to the signature and, although this is not part of the signature appearance, it can still be viewed within Adobe Reader® when viewing the signature properties.
