Using a Local Language
Different signature appearance attributes such as "signing reason", "location", "signer contact details", "signing date/time" can be assigned a local language alternative. To change the label text, launch the signature appearance designer and select any of the available attributes.
In the example above the field "Reason" has been given a local language phrase equivalent to " I am the author of this document". The "Reason" label itself can also be given local language text in the example above "Motivo". The changes can be seen using the preview window as shown in the example below:
