Domestic Master Lists

Domestic Master Lists are created by the country hosting the NPKD Service and these Master Lists can contain Domestic and foreign CSCA and link certificates. The Domestic Master Lists can be uploaded to ICAO PKD to share Domestic CSCA and link certificates with foreign states and can also be provided to Domestic Inspection Systems on request.

To Create Domestic Master Lists in ADSS Server, navigate to the following screen below:

The configuration of the items is as follows:

Item	Description
ID	ID is an operator-defined unique identifier for the Domestic Master List.
Master List Signer DN	It displays the Subject DN of Master List signer certificate.
Issuer DN	Issuer DN displays the information of issuer of the Master List signer certificate.
Signing Time	It defines the signing date and time of the Domestic Master List.
Signer Country	It defines the country which has signed the Master List.
CSCA Certificates	It defines the number of CSCA Certificates inside the Master List.
Status	It defines the current status of the Master List. A Master List can be in the state of: Draft: In this state, the Master List has been created but not yet signed using a Master List signer certificate. The Master List is editable in draft state. Signed: In this state, the Master List has been signed by Master List signer certificate and ready to be published to ICAO PKD or to be provided to Domestic Inspection Systems. Once signed, the Master List cannot be edited. Published: In this state, the Master List is published to ICAO PKD and is available to ICAO member states and countries.
Create	Click on this button to create the Master List.
Edit	Click on this button to edit an existing Master List. The Master List only with Draft status can be edited.
Delete	By clicking this button, the selected Master List will be removed.
Set as Default	By clicking this button, the selected Master List will be set as default Domestic Master List. This Master List will be the latest one and will be provided to Domestic Inspection Systems on request.
Export	Click on this button to export the Master List to the file system.
Publish to ICAO	If the selected Master List has the 'Signed' status, the Master List will be published to ICAO PKD.

The Domestic Master Lists can be sorted in either Ascending or Descending order by selecting a table column from the drop-down list.

Clicking on the 'Create' button will lead you to the following screen:

Here the operator can create a new Domestic Master List by defining the Master List ID (identifier of Master List) and selecting the required CSCA and Link Certificate from the list of available certificates. These certificates are fetched from the Trust Manager so these certificates must be registered in Trust Manager before creating a Master List.
Clicking on the 'Save' button will create a new Master List but it will still be unsigned and could not be published to ICAO PKD. Clicking on the 'Save & Sign' button signs a Master List with the selected Master List signer certificate and can be published to ICAO PKD.

It must be noted that Signing Settings must be configured first for a Master List before a Master List is signed. Click here to see Signing Settings for a Master List.

Clicking on the 'Edit' button will lead you to the following screen:

If a Master List signed or published, it cannot be edited further. The operator can only view the details of the Master List by clicking on the Edit button.

Clicking on the 'Search' button on the on Domestic Master List main page will lead you to the following screen:

Enter the search criteria based on ID, Master List Signer DN, Issuer DN, Signer Country and Status. If more than one search parameters are provided, these are combined using the "AND" operator and the results are presented accordingly.

If the "_" character is used in the search then it acts as wildcard.
