TSL Monitor

In the European Union, a digital signature must meet specific regulatory requirements to achieve the same legal recognition as a handwritten signature. Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS Regulation) establishes the legal framework for electronic identification and trust services, including requirements for validating electronic signatures.

The TSL Monitor module in ADSS Server imports, downloads, and manages European Union Trusted Lists (EUTL). It is a licensed module that helps maintain the latest status of trusted service providers by automatically polling and updating the configured Trusted Lists.

TSL Monitor supports the interpretation and processing of the List of Trusted Lists (LOTL) and Member State Trusted Lists (MS TLs) in accordance with the following ETSI standards:
