A dashboard gives you a visual display of important data within an application.


When an operator logs in to the ADSS Web RA web portal, the first item that appears on the left menu pane is a dashboard. The items under the dashboard and left menu pane appear according to the configurations assigned to each role. These include:


  • Certificate Center
  • Virtual ID 
  • Desktop Signing
  • Enrolment Protocol(s)
  • SigningHub Integration
  • Personal Information 
  • Enterprise 


Dashboard in the web portal provides a display for the following:


  1. Expiring Certificates - This chart displays the number of expired certificates along with their duration.
  2. Certificate Requests - This chart displays the number of certificates based on their status i.e. pending, issued, rekeyed, revoked and reissued. 
  3. Certificate Profiles - This chart displays the certificate count i.e. remaining and consumed certificate count. 
  4. Enrolment Protocol(s) - This chart displays the certificates approved, issued and revoked against devices.
  5. Virtual ID - This chart displays the certificates associated to the virtual ID. These include pending, issued, rekeyed, revoked and reissued certificates. 
  6. Desktop Signing -This chart displays the certificates associated to Desktop Signing. These include pending, issued, rekeyed, revoked and reissued certificates.
  7. SigningHub - This chart displays the certificates associated to SigningHub. These include pending, issued, rekeyed, revoked and reissued certificates.

Rekey certificates will only appear when the rekey policy is enabled in the system.


The Certificate Authority (CA) Information section is displayed in the Dashboard. Click Details, you will be redirected to the Certificate Authority under Enterprise. 



Once you click the Details button, you will be redirected to the Certificate Authority tab under the Enterprise module. 



Certificate Center


A user will be able to create new certificate requests, view issued certificates, revocation requests and certification provision only if it is assigned to his 'role'. 


Similarly, the following sections will appear for Virtual lD, Desktop Signing, SigningHub and Enrolment Protocol(s) (again depending on the permissions assigned in the roles):


  1. Certificate Requests
  2. Issued Certificates
  3. Rekey Requests 
  4. Renewal Requests 
  5. Revocation Requests
  6. Reissue Requests 
  7. Settings 

When a user switches to another enterprise, its role will behave according to the roles assigned by that enterprise.
