Usage statistics provide the real-time status of your system usage, keeping you well updated with respect to the consumed and available resources. In this regard, you can view the consumed Storage, Signatures, Workflows, Users, and Templates out of their available limits.

Based on your opted service plan, these resources quota is allotted to your account, but not to the user. This implies that in case of an enterprise account, the quota is collectively assigned to the enterprise but not to each enterprise user, and hence the statistics are displayed accordingly.

View your service plan

  1. Login with your enterprise admin or individual account (in case you are an individual user) credentials.
  2. Click your profile drop down menu (available at the top right corner).
  3. Click the "Service Plan" option.



  1. A dialog will appear listing the details of your subscribed service plan. From here, you may also upgrade your service plan by clicking the "Upgrade" button, see details. The arrow next to "Signatures" can be used to expand or contract the list of signatures as per the allowed levels of assurance, this can be used to view the allowed limits against each level of assurance.



  2. Click the "Usage Statistics" tab to view your usage details. A dialog will appear showing the consumed and available resources of your service plan.   1. ​Only the account owners can view their subscribed service plans and usage details.
  2. "Simple Electronic Signatures" usage statistics will only be displayed, if the "SIMPLE_ELECTRONIC_SIGNATURES" module enabled in the license.
