| Status | Description |
| Inactive |
A Dynamics CRM user who is either not registered in SigningHub, or has been deleted from the SigningHub Enterprise account, is called an "Inactive" user.

| Invited |
An active user of Dynamics CRM who has been invited to create a SigningHub account, is called an "Invited" user. A user remains in this status, until s/he creates a SigningHub account.

| Activated |
An active user of Dynamics CRM that is also registered in SigningHub, is called an "Activated" user.
|
| Blocked |
An activated user who has been blocked from the SigningHub app by the Dynamics CRM administrator, is called a "Blocked" user.
