Once a client is registered, permissions to access the NPKD service can be granted by editing this client. The only configuration relating to the NPKD Service can be made within Client Manager is to allow the client to access the NPKD Service.

On the edit screen, clicking on the NPKD Service link at the top of the page shows the following screen:

Select the Allow this client to access the ADSS NPKD Service checkbox. This ensures that the client can make requests to NPKD Service. Note that all the communication with NPKD Service can only be established via TLS Client Authentication i.e. The client certificate must be registered in Client Manager of ADSS Server in order to establish communication with NPKD Service.

If the application also needs to access other ADSS services (e.g. signing master lists) then the relevant links (Signing Service etc.) should be followed to allow permissions for these services.

Click on the Save button when the list is updated to store the changes.
