ADSS Web RA web portal records all high-level activities along with particular date and time stamps (which is set under user's locale), and other details to provide an effective audit trail. There are following types of activities that are logged, i.e. Account/ User, Personal Information Settings and Enterprise related activities.


See the following steps to specify your locale information:


  1. Expand Personal Information > Activity from the left menu.



The time zone in the Activity section appears according to the time zone selected in the Configurations > Default Settings.


  1. Scroll down the grid to view your older activity logs. The system will fetch the records accordingly. You can also view each activity's information by clicking on Details.




Users can view their own activity logs. However, Admin RAOs can also view any enterprise RAOs/User activity logs from ADSS Web RA Admin portal. See the Users section for more details.


An activity module will be created with sub modules in the web portal as listed below:


  1. Certificate Center
    1. Certificate Requests.
    2. Issued Certificates.
    3. Revocation Requests.
    4. Rekey Requests.
    5. Renew Requests.
    6. Reissue Requests.
  2. Virtual ID
    1. Certificate Requests.
    2. Issued Certificates.
    3. Revocation Requests.
    4. Rekey Requests.
    5. Renew Requests.
    6. Reissue Requests.
  3. Desktop Signing
    1. Certificate Requests.
    2. Issued Certificates.
    3. Revocation Requests.
    4. Rekey Requests.
    5. Reissue Requests.
  4. Enrolment Protocol(s)
    1. Certificate Requests.
    2. Issued Certificates.
    3. Revocation Requests.
    4. Rekey Requests.
    5. Reissue Requests.

  5. SigningHub
    1. Certificate Requests.
    2. Issued Certificates.
    3. Revocation Requests.
    4. Rekey Requests.
    5. Reissue Requests.


An operator can view any changes by clicking on the Activity, as indicated in the screenshot above. It will open the information tab for the respective activity.


The following fields will appear on the Audit Logs window: (Screenshot attached below)

The activity performed. (Added, Updated, etc.)

The module where a new activity is performed.

IP Address from where the activity is performed.
