Logs
Businesses in the modern world require detailed audit trail over the user footprints and administration processes, to keep an irrefutable evidence of each activity performed inside a system.
ADSS Web RA therefore, records the high-level activities of each Admin and Enterprise administrators along with the date and time stamps, and other details to provide an effective audit trail within the system.
The logs are displayed in a descending order hence logs generated recently according to the date and time are shown on the top on the first page.
The common activities that are logged are as follows:
- Logged-in (logs of login on the Admin and Web components)
- Logged out (logs of logout on the Admin and Web components)
- Updated (logs when a configuration is changed/updated)
- Deleted (logs when a configuration is deleted)
- Reviewed (logs when a request is reviewed)
- Approved (logs when a request is approved)
The Advanced Search () is available inside the Search bar that allows an admin to search the logs using different parameters (even ranges).
