Introduction


Web RA requires a perpetual software license to operate properly. For the Web RA license, you should either contact your local software distributor or contact sales@ascertia.com. Currently, the license covers the number of allowed certificates.

  • Click the License

How it Works?


  1. The Web RA license is base on the number of allowed certificates, so if the allowed limit of the certificates is reached then Web RA will stop processing the further certificate requests.
  2. It is essential to purchase the license from Ascertia (sales@ascertia.com) or your local Ascertia partner and use it.
  3. A test license is required when your are working on the PoC (Proof of Concept)
  4. It is not recommended to use evaluation license (default license) for the production environment


Upload the License


  1. Click  to browse the license.xml file from your system
  2. Click the Save button from the bottom of the screen
  3. Restart the IIS Server for the changes to take into effect. If the Web RA is installed in high availability or load-balanced mode then you need to restart all instances of IIS Server

License for application considered as an unlimited license, if there is no tag for validity period / expiry date / renewal period present under license file. However, the signature must be validated even if it's an unlimited license.
