To change the subscribed service plan of an account:

  1. Click the "Accounts" option from the left menu.
    The "Accounts" screen will appear.
  2. Search the account, whose service plan is required to change. 
  3. Now click  adjacent to it, and then select the "Change Service Plan" option.
     
  4. A dialog will appear to change the service plan. Select a service plan from the "New Service Plan" list and click the "Save" button.
    Click  from the respective fields to view the details of the current and new service plans.



  1. ​Please note, the  "Change Service Plan" option is only available against the account owners.
  2. Only active service plans, those with a start date in the past and an end date in the future, will be available for selection.
