Search a Payment Record
SigningHub Admin provides comprehensive search facility to search a payment record. In this regard, you can use the following parameters to search a record:
- User Name and
- Account ID (i.e. Email ID)
You can even create your own search criteria to retrieve the required payment records.
Search a payment record
- Click the "Billing" option from the left menu.
 The "All Payments" screen will appear.
- Specify the related information (i.e. User Name or Account Email ID) in the search field and click  . .
Download the payment records in excel sheet
You can also export the searched payment records to an excel sheet file (xlsx).
For this:
- Click the "Billing" option from the left menu.
 The "All Payments" screen will appear.
- Search the desired payment records.
- Click  available at the bottom of the billing screen. available at the bottom of the billing screen.
 The excel sheet file is downloaded to your local Downloads folder.

 | In case of specifying multiple search parameters, the search will be carried out by using AND operator(s) among all the parameters. This helps SigningHub to retrieve more targeted results. |
