SigningHub recommends to specify your regional information, so that your account configurations can be customised according to your geographical location. Once specified, SigningHub will start manipulating your document transactions according to your time zone, and will change the entire interface into your language. 

Supported Languages:
Currently, SigningHub supports more than 20 international languages (i.e. English, Dutch, Arabic, Spanish, Russian, French, Hindi, Japanese, Chinese, Greek, Norwegian, Romanian, etc.) to enable the global users to send documents for signature in their native language. 

Specify your locale information 

  1. Click your profile drop down menu (available at the top right corner).
  2. Click the "My Settings" option. 
  3. Click the "Profile" option from the left menu. The first tab i.e. "General" will be opened by default.
  4. Click the "Locale" tab.



  1. Complete the fields accordingly, i.e. specify your country, time zone and language. From the "Language" field select your desired language to use SigningHub in. The entire GUI of your SigningHub account will be displayed in the selected language.
  2. Click the "Save" button.
  1. ​SigningHub can also determine and set your locale information (i.e. Country and Time zone) on the basis of your GeoIP, see details.
  2. All these fields are controllable from SigningHub Admin >Configurations > Global Settings > Default Locale
