View activities of your enterprise users

SigningHub records the high-level activities of each user account along with particular date and time stamps, and other details to provide an effective audit trail.

There are mainly five types of activities that are logged against each user, i.e. Account/ User, Document, Billing, Settings and Enterprise related activities, see details. You can view these activities of each user within your enterprise.

View the activities of your enterprise user 

1. Login with your enterprise admin credentials.
2. Click your profile drop down menu (available at the top right corner).
3. Click the "Enterprise Settings" option. 
4. Click the "Users" option from the left menu.
   
   
5. Search your enterprise user whose activities are required to view, click  against it and select the "User Activity" option.
   A screen will appear listing all the activities of the enterprise user. 
   
   
6. Scroll down the grid to view their older activity logs. The system will keep fetching the records accordingly. You can also view the associated information of each activity by clicking the "Details" link.
