SigningHub v10.0
November 2024
New Features
- SigningHub User Interface Redesign
- The SigningHub interface has been completely remodelled to provide a more intuitive experience. The new user interface provides a streamlined experience for easier navigation and is more visually appealing and user-friendly with significant improvements. The new design adopts a minimalist approach to reduce user load, minimize distractions, and enhance accessibility.
The new design embraces modern branding principles, where a single primary colour defines a brand. By integrating this primary colour throughout the interface, including all interactive elements, the SigningHub user interface becomes an extension of a customer’s brand identity. With fewer colours, the user interface becomes more user-friendly, ensuring better contrast and readability for all users, including those with visual impairments. SigningHub has also enhanced sidebar customization, enabling users to consistently display their secondary brand colour, providing a personalized touch that is always visible.
- Enhanced Branding
- The SigningHub branding module has been simplified, allowing enterprise owners to easily configure primary, sidebar, and error colours with a visual interface. This ensures consistent application of your organization’s colour palette, reinforcing brand identity.
The new colour palette offers a significant improvement by focusing on brand consistency and streamlined user experience. SigningHub now allows enterprise owners to create a UI that feels more aligned with their brand rather than SigningHub’s style. The new design offers a minimalist canvas—using natural shades of grey—allowing their brand colours, logos, and images to stand out prominently. This creates a cleaner, more professional, and modern look that reinforces brand identity while making the interface easier to navigate.
- API First
- SigningHub now exposes over 250 API endpoints to enable businesses to integrate even more closely SigningHub to sign documents, configure Enterprise settings, check on workflow status, and much, much more.
SigningHub now can be deployed with no user interface, and all product features can be accessed via APIs to enable 100% integration into existing business applications.
- Bulk Signing from the Document Viewer
- Users can now bulk signing from right within in the document viewer, this allows users to sign all signature fields within a single document in one step, enhancing workflow efficiency, reducing the number of clicks for users, and improving productivity.
- WCAG Compliance 2.0 Level AA
- Ascertia is committed to creating a more inclusive digital signature experience for all users. We've carefully redesigned the SigningHub user interface to simplify the colour scheme and improve contrast, making it easier for users with visual impairments to read and navigate the platform.
This update not only enhances accessibility but also reduces distractions, allowing users to focus on the task at hand. By meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, we're ensuring that SigningHub is accessible to a wider range of users, including those with disabilities.
