SigningHub for Salesforce is used to integrate the Salesforce and SigningHub platforms, so that users may sign Office and PDF documents through their Salesforce accounts. This portion of manual describes how to install and uninstall the SigningHub for Salesforce app. 


It is intended for the SigningHub administrators responsible for the installation and initial configurations of SigningHub for Salesforce. It is assumed that the reader has a good understanding of Salesforce platform.


Installation prerequisites


  1. Salesforce account / ID should be created.
  2. SigingHub account with Enterprise Admin needs to have been created
  3. Your Salesforce account must either be:
    • Professional, or 
    • Enterprise, or 
    • Unlimited, or 
    • Force.com, or 
    • Developer, or 
    • Performance.

  4. The Salesforce Quotes feature needs to be enabled
  5. Full permissions of the Custom Objects (SigningHub and SigningHub Documents) need to be assigned to the Salesforce user profile.
