The General Messages module enables the operator to send or receive messages to/from a Foreign SPOC. These are simple text messages informing the Foreign SPOC for a critical event. It includes two sub-modules:


Messages can only be sent or received to/from Foreign SPOCs that are registered in 'Registered SPOC' sub-module. Details of both the messages are described in the sections mentioned above.
