Step 3 - Configuring Notification Settings
To be able to sign a document using Authorised Remote Signing, the user is required to authorise the signing operation via Go>Sign Mobile App. The Go>Sign Mobile App can be downloaded and installed on the Android and iOS devices from the following links:

When a user logins to the Go>Sign Mobile App for the first time, it asks the user to register that mobile device with the RAS Service. The device registration process sends two OTPs to the user. The first OTP is sent to the user's registered email address and the second OTP is delivered via SMS to the the user's registered mobile number. Upon entering the correct OTPs in the Go>Sign Mobile App, the device is successfully registered with the RAS Service.
To allow the RAS Service to send the OTPs via email and SMS, an email server as well as an SMS gateway must be configured in ADSS Server. For more details see the Global Settings > Alert settings.
