When a registered user of CSP Service tries to change his email or password, an email OTP is sent to user’s registered email address. User provides this email OTP in subsequent call and after verification user email or password is updated by CSP Service. To allow the CSP Service to send the email OTPs, an email server must be configured in ADSS Server. For more details see the Global > Notification Settings.

To be able to sign a document using Authorised Remote Signing via CSP Service, the user is required to authorise the signing operation via Go>Sign Mobile App. For more details see Configuring the SAM Service.
