By selecting the Service Report link from the top of the page, the following screen will be shown. By default it shows the transaction details for the last 30 days or value defined for the property  MANAGEMENT_REPORTING_DEFAULT_TIME_PERIOD in Global Settings:


The configuration items are as follows:

Description

From

Select the start date for the date range you want to report on.

To

Select the end date for the date range you want to report on.

Signing Profile

Select a particular profile for which you want to see the report otherwise choose ALL option. By pressing the Show Report button the screen will be refreshed to show you the results concerning the number of success and failed transactions during that date range.

Export Report

Use this button to export the report in PDF format.
