The ADSS Access Control module controls operator roles and assigns access rights and privileges to these roles.  New system operators can be registered and pre-defined roles can be assigned to them.

The principles of operation are:

  • Any number of roles can be created which define access rights to ADSS Server services and modules
  • Any number of operator accounts can be created up to the license limit
  • An operator can only have one role assigned at any one time
  • The visibility and access to data items of a module can be controlled for different operators.
