The URLs below should be used by business applications to send certificate validation requests to the ADSS XKMS Service:

 Plain HTTP:  http://machinename:8777/adss/xkms
 Server Authentication:  https://machinename:8778/adss/xkms
 Mutual Authentication:  https://machinename:8779/adss/xkms
