The URLs below  should be used by business applications to send certificate validation requests to the ADSS SCVP Service:

 Plain HTTP:  http://machinename:8777/adss/scvp
 Server Authentication:  https://machinename:8778/adss/scvp
 Mutual Authentication:  https://machinename:8779/adss/scvp
