ADSS Web RA has a feature to maintain Trust Service Provider (TSP) data inside the system. The TSP is contractually bound to provide it's issued certificate data (called Subscriber Information) to the TSP Issuer periodically (after every month, or after every three months). ADSS Web RA maintains this data for reporting purposes and PKI operations (mainly for the Business Continuity).

  1. When a TSP is created, Admin RAO creates its TSP account in the system.
  2. TSP account is operated by the ADSS Web RA operations team.
  3. ADSS Web RA operations team uses the TSP account to upload the subscribers data (provided by the TSP in the form of a .CSV file) into the system.
  4. The subscribers' data includes certificate serial number, full name, email address, phone number and the base-64 of the certificate.
