Businesses in the modern world require detailed audit trail over the user footprints and administration processes, to keep the irrefutable evidence of each performed activity inside a system.

ADSS Web RA therefore records the high-level activities of each Admin and Enterprise administrators along with the date and time stamps, and other details to provide an effective audit trail within the system.

The logs are displayed in the descending order meaning the logs generated recently according to the date and time are shown on the top on the first page.

The common activities that are logged are the following:

  • Logged-in (logs at time of login on the Admin and Web components)
  • Logged out (logs at time of logout on the Admin and Web components)
  • Updated  (logs at time of any configuration is changed)
  • Deleted (logs at time of any configuration is deleted)
  • Reviewed (logs at time of any request is reviewed)
  • Approved (logs at time of any request is approved)

The Advanced Search () is available inside the Search bar that allows an Admin to search the logs using different parameters (even ranges).
