Revocation Approvals

Introduction

The Revocation Approvals screen (path: Dual Control --> Revocation Approvals) displays the certificate revocation requests to the Admin RAO, coming from a Enterprise RAO. Admin RAO can review the requests and then process them (Approve or Decline) accordingly.

How it Works?

Admin RAO opens the Revocation Approvals screen from: Dual Control --> Revocation Approvals
Admin RAO can open the request for further processing by clicking the Request No, or by selecting View option from the button
Once the request is open, Admin RAO can now perform the following operations:

Buttons/Operations	Description
Approve	By pressing the APPROVE button, Admin RAO will be prompted with a confirmation message. Y. By pressing the Yes button the request will get approved and a confirmation pop-up will appear on the screen. Admin RAO will only have the Close button to close the request screen. N. By pressing the No button, the confirmation message will close and request approval screen will be again shown to the Admin RAO
Decline	By pressing the DECLINE button, Admin RAO will be prompted with a confirmation screen where Admin RAO must enter the remarks and then press the Decline button to finally decline the request. By pressing the Close button, the request approval screen will be shown to the Admin RAO
Close	By pressing the CLOSE button, request approval screen will be closed
Next (>)	Shows the next tab of the request and its related information
Previous (<)	Shows the previous tab of the request and its related information

Admin RAO completes the processing as per the decision taken in step no. 3
