Introduction


You can update your personal information, change your password, security question/answer and locale for your registered account. You can also view your activity that you have performed using Web RA user's portal.

How it Works?

  1. You can set a new profile picture or update an existing one by browsing required photo using CHANGE PICTURE option. This picture will appear as an avatar image on top right corner and also under email body in email notifications. 
  2. You can change your password or set a new security question/answer, if you think your password or security answer has been compromised. Once you successfully changed your password as per configured password security policies by your enterprise, an email notification will receive on your email address.
  3. You can update your Country or Time Zone information from Locale, if you have moved to a different location. Once you changed your time zone information then time stamp information will start appearing as per your selected time zone for all your activities.
  4. You can set language to any other supported languages (i.e. English, Arabic or French). You will start seeing all the labels and messages in selected language afterwards.  
  5. You can view your activity that you have performed on Web RA user's portal. Your activity will show the time stamp information as per your selected time zone under locale.

Update Profile

You can update your picture, name, mobile number and job title.


How to configure your information:


  1. Click on Personal Information from navigation panel at left.
  2. Click the Profile option from the sub menu.



  1. Specify your information in the related fields (see the fields description below). 
  2. Click the SAVE button.

Field

Description

Picture

Field to browse your display picture. The selected picture will also be shown as an avatar image on top right corner and also in email notifications that will be received for the user.

Name

Field to specify your name. The specified name will be used in Web RA for your identification.

Email ID

Read-only field to show your email address that is registered as Web RA account ID.

Mobile Number

Field to specify your mobile number with country and area code. Click on  icon to check the specified number, a dialog will appear. An OTP will be sent on your device for verification. Click the Verify button after providing OTP. The specified number will be used to send OTP authentication codes on your mobile device, if OTP authentication is enabled in your service plan.
By default, the specified number is displayed partially masked to comply with the GDPR policy. Click  to view the complete number.

Job Title (Optional)

Field to specify your job title. The specified name will be used in the auto filling of (related) form fields during signing operations.


Change Password


It is always recommended to reset your password periodically, at least after every three months. However, when you feel someone else has gained access to your password, reset it immediately using Change Password option.


How to change password:


  1. Click on Personal Information from navigation panel at left.
  2. Click the Change Password option from the sub menu.



  1. Complete the fields accordingly, i.e. specify your current password, and then add and confirm your new password. 
  2. Click the SAVE button.




In case you are an enterprise user, then your password should comply with password policy as defined by your Admin RAO.


Set Security Question

It is often observed that people forget their passwords from time to time. So in order to recover your forgotten password, Web RA lets you set a security question, which can alternatively be used to confirm your identity.

How to reset your security question:

  1. Click on Personal Information from navigation panel at left.
  2. Click the Security Question option from the sub menu.



  1. Complete the fields accordingly, i.e. specify your current password, and then specify your security question and its answer. Make sure you choose strong security question whose answer is not guessable by anyone.
  2. Click the SAVE button.

Update Locale

It is recommended to specify your regional information, so that your account configurations can be customised according to your geographical location. Once specified, Web RA will start manipulating your all transactions according to your time zone, and will change the entire interface into your language. 


Supported Languages:


Currently, Web RA supports only three international languages (i.e. English, Arabic, French) to enable the global users to use the application in their native language.


How to specify your locale information:


  1. Click on Personal Information from navigation panel at left.
  2. Click the Locale option from the sub menu.



  1. Complete the fields accordingly, i.e. specify your country, time zone and language. From the Language field select your desired language in which you want to use Web RA. The entire GUI of your Web RA account will be displayed in the selected language.
  2. Click the SAVE button.




All these locale settings are controllable from Web RA Admin, see Default Settings for details.


View User Activity


Web RA user's portal records your high-level activities along with particular date and time stamps (which is set under user's locale), and other details to provide an effective audit trail. There are following types of activities that are logged, i.e. Account/ User, Personal Information Settings and Enterprise related activities.


You can view your activity under Personal Information > Activity. Scroll down the grid to view your older activity logs. The system will keep fetching the records accordingly. You can also view the associated information of each activity by clicking the Details link.




Users can view their own activity logs. However, Admin RAOs can also view any enterprise RAOs/User activity logs from Web RA Admin portal. See Users section for more details.
