Introduction


If you want to re-brand the Web RA application colors, logo, favicon according to your company's color scheme and branding, Web RA provides the option to change it from the administration portal and this will take effect on the layout of the Web RA Admin and Web RA Web components.


How it Works?

  1. You can set your own company logo that will replace the default Web RA logo. Click on Upload Logo button and select a supported type upload logo image that must be within the recommended size and dimensions. Once the logo successfully uploaded then it will show up on top banner and in email notifications, after applying and publish configurations.
  2. You can also upload a customised favicon icon to be shown as browser's title across application. Click on Upload Favicon button to select a favicon image that must be within the recommended size and  dimensions. Once the favicon image successfully uploaded then it will show up as a browser's title, after applying and publish configurations.
  3. If you want to customize  the color scheme of your Web RA application, you can simply click on Update your theme button. You can set your application banner and buttons colour, there are two levels to customise colour scheming i.e. primary and secondary. 
  4. If you want to revert the changes to their default, click the Reset to Default and your logo, favicon image and colour scheming will be reverted to default Web RA theme.


  1. Branding doesn't apply upon save, you are required to click the Publish Changes button for the changes to take effect.
  2. The branding is applicable to the whole Web RA application. The enterprises can not choose their own branding and they have to rely on the application level branding.



Customise the Logo and Favicon


  1. Click on Configuration > Branding.
  2. Click on Upload Logo button to select an image. Select a supported image type and it must be within the recommended size and dimensions. 
  3. Click on Upload Favicon button to select an image. Select a supported image type and it must be within the recommended size and dimensions.


Customise the Theme


  1. Click on Configuration > Branding.
  2. Click on Update your theme button to update your application's color scheming. An editing window will appear to select primary and secondary colors for your application's header and buttons. Upon selection of a color, a preview shows in adjacent window to see how it will look like.
  3. Click on Apply button to save all changes.


Restore to Default Theme


If you don't want to use your own color scheme and logo, you can revert to Web RA default theme.

  1. Click on  Restore to Default button to restore to default color scheme and logo. 
  2. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click on Yes button to reset to default theme.
