Viewing document log

SigningHub maintains the log of each action being performed on a document along with the respective date and time stamps. In this regard, the following document actions are logged:
  • When a document is uploaded
  • When a document is added from library
  • when a document is added from cloud
  • When a document is opened
  • When a document is closed
  • When a contact is added in the document
  • When a comment is added in the document
  • When an attachment is added in the document
  • When a text field is added in the document
  • When a form is filled in the document
  • When the document initials are filled
  • When a document is signed In-person
  • When a document is signed
  • When a document is shared
  • When a document is recalled
  • When a document is reviewed
  • When a document is updated
  • When a document is archived
  • When a document is declined
  • When a document is renamed
  • When a document is deleted
  • When a document is printed
  • When a document is added in the library
  • When a document is downloaded
  • When a document template is added
  • When a document template is applied
  • When the document workflow is completed
  • When a document workflow is updated

These logs are maintained under the "Document log" option, and is available to the document owner only. To view your document logs,
  1. Click the "Home" option from the top menu.
  2. Click the document name whose logs are required to view.



  3. Click the "Document Log" option from the right menu.
    If you are not a document owner, the "Document Log" option will not appear.
  4. The "Document Log" dialog will appear as shown below. Each log item is provided with the respective "Details" link, click it to view the "Details" dialog.



  5. The "Details" dialog will appear showing the details of respective log item. Each document revision is downloadable with subject to your storage configuration settings.

‚ÄčA document owner can also view the document logs by opening a document, then clicking the "More Actions" option, and then clicking the "Document Log" option.
