Saving a workflow template

SigningHub allows you to save all the configured workflow settings in the form of a document template for future use. Configure a document signing workflow according to your business needs and save it as a template. For details, see Managing your workflow templates.

To save a template of the workflow configurations,
  1. Add a document.
  2. Open the document to prepare.
  3. Configure the document workflow related settings as required.

  4. Click the "More Actions" option.
  5. Click the "Save Template" option from the right menu. The save template provision will be displayed in the secondary right menu.

  6. Specify the name and description of the template in the provided fields and click the "Save" button. 
    The template will be saved under "Personal Templates" category and can be used in future.
