Reminding a recipient manually

SigningHub allows the document owner to manually remind the immediate next recipient (signer/ reviewer) of the workflow, in case a workflow is being halted because of them. 

To remind a recipient,
  1. Click the "Home" tab from the top menu.
  2. Click the shared document whose reminder is required to send.



  3. Click the "Remind" option from the right menu. 
    A confirmation dialog will appear, click "Yes" to send the reminder.

‚ÄčA document owner can also remind the recipient by Opening a shared document, then clicking the "More Actions" option, and then clicking the "Remind" option.
