Configuring the collaboration sequence

SigningHub enables you to configure the sequence of signing, reviewing, and updating activities in your document workflow.

To configure the collaboration sequence for a document workflow,
  1. Add a document.
  2. Open the document to prepare.
  3. Add the document signers and reviewers as required.
  4. The list of added recipients is maintained accordingly under the "Workflow Details" caption.
    Drag and drop  adjacent to your desired signer/ group and move it up/ down in the list, according to your document approval flow. When the workflow is triggered, the system will execute the signing process accordingly.
  5. Click the "Next>" button to continue.
  6. Click the "Share Now>" button from the next appearing screen, to initiate the workflow with the configured sequence.

1. The set signing order/ sequence is applicable in case of Sequential workflows only.
2. Whenever a document is shared, the workflow quota of respective account is consumed, and hence the available count is decreased by one.
