  2. Click the "Open" button adjacent to the required pending document to sign/ review.

There are certain security configurations that could be set by the document owner to open a pending document, they are:

Document access via password:

In case the document owner has configured a password to access his document, the system will prompt for password when you open that pending document to sign. Please contact the respective document owner if you don't know the password.

Document access via OTP:
In case the document owner has configured the OTP security to access his document, the system will prompt for 9 digits OTP when you open that pending document to sign. The OTP will be sent on your mobile phone. Please contact the respective document owner to change your mobile number, if your mobile number is incorrect on the OTP dialog.

Document access duration:

In case the document owner has configured a particular date and time (duration) to sign his document, the system will allow you to sign the document only in that particular time period. The document will be inaccessible to you before and after the configured time period. Please contact the respective document owner if you receive a red error message regarding the document access period.

Once a "Pending" document is opened, you can review/ sign/ decline it, or perform any other activity as configured by the document owner. While after opening a "Draft" document you can prepare workflow configurations in it.
