Merging a document before signing

You can merge other PDF documents with the "Pending" document before signing, if it has been permitted to you by the document owner.

To merge a PDF document,

  1. Click the "Home" option from the top menu.
  2. Open the pending document to sign.

  3. Click the "More Actions" option.
  4. Click the "Merge Document" option from the right menu.
In case, you could not find the "Merge Document" option, it means you are not permitted by the document owner.

  5. The document merging provision will be displayed in the secondary right menu. Choose whether to merge the PDF "At Top" or "At Bottom" of the document. Click the "Select Document" button to select the PDF document (to merge) from your system. The selected document will be merged with the opened (pending) document and displayed accordingly.
However, the merging is done with the following considerations,
    a. Only PDF documents can be merged.
    b. The dimensions of the documents (being merged and shared) should be the same. SigningHub would tolerate up to 5 pixels difference.
    c. There should be no unassigned/ signed signature field in the document being merged.
  6. Proceed to sign the document.
