Configuring your notification emails

SigningHub enables you to configure the notification emails that are associated with the workflow activities. These emails are used to intimate the document owner and recipients about the workflow progress.

To configure the notification emails,
  1. Click the "Settings" option from the top menu.
  2. Click the "Emails" option from the right menu. 
  3. Under the "Email Notifications" tab, tick the related check boxes as required to send emails accordingly. see the below table for the check boxes description.
  4. Click the "Save" button.

Daily summary email only for my pending documents Tick it to receive a summary email from SigningHub for all your pending documents on each day end, instead of receiving individual email notifications for each document that is shared with you. The summary email contains the total count of your pending documents along with the "Sign Now" button that will take you to the bulk sign screen.
Notify me when my documents are reviewed or signed
Tick it to receive a notification email from SigningHub, when your shared document is reviewed, or updated, or signed by the recipient.
Notify me when signature workflow is completed for my documents
Tick it to receive a notification email from SigningHub, when your document workflow is complete.
Notify signers in workflow when I recall a document
Tick it to send a notification email to the document recipient(s) from SigningHub, when you recall your document.
Notify signers in workflow when documents are shared with them
Tick it to send a notification email to all the recipients from SigningHub, when you share a document with them.



‚ÄčIn case you are logged in as an enterprise user, these email configurations will overrule your enterprise email configurations. The emails sent from an enterprise account and from SigningHub to the enterprise users are branded as per the enterprise branding configurations, and will have the company logo in the email headers.
