Configuring admin access in a role

SigningHub enables you to configure administrator related access for the enterprise users. In this regard, enterprise admin can enable/ disable certain provisions within a role.

To configure administrator related access in a role,
  1. Login with the enterprise admin credentials.
  2. Click the "Enterprise" option from the top menu.
  3. Click the "Roles" option from the right menu.
  4. Click  adjacent to the role (to edit) from the main grid. The "Edit Role" screen will appear to configure role access. 
  5. Click the "Enterprise Settings" tab.
  6. Configure the "Allowed Enterprise Settings for Enterprise Administrators" section by selecting the desired provisions.
    • Tick the "Enterprise Profile" option to include the enterprise profile configuration access in the role.
      This will enable the "Profile" tab under the "Enterprise" option for the enterprise users based on this role.
    • Tick the "Enterprise Users" option to include the enterprise users management access in the role.
      This will enable the "Users" tab under the "Enterprise" option for the enterprise users based on this role.
    • Tick the "Enterprise Roles" option to include the enterprise roles management access in the role.
      This will enable the "Roles" tab under the "Enterprise" option for the enterprise users based on this role.
    • Tick the "Enterprise Groups" option to include the enterprise groups management access in the role.
      This will enable the "Groups" tab under the "Enterprise" option for the enterprise users based on this role.
    • Tick the "Enterprise Templates" option to include the enterprise templates management access in the role.
      This will enable the "Templates" tab under the "Enterprise" option for the enterprise users based on this role.
    • Tick the "Enterprise Library" option to include the enterprise documents library management access in the role.
      This will enable the "Library" tab under the "Enterprise" option for the enterprise users based on this role.
    • Tick the "Enterprise Email Settings" option to include the enterprise emails configuration access in the role.
      This will enable the "Email" tab under the "Enterprise" option for the enterprise users based on this role.
    • Tick the "Enterprise Billing" option to include the enterprise billing configuration access in the role.
      This will enable the "Billing" option for the enterprise users based on this role.
    • Tick the "Application Integration" option to include the 3rd party integrations access in the role.
      This will enable the "Integrations" tab under the "Enterprise" option for the enterprise users based on this role.
    • Tick the "Branding" option to include the enterprise branding configuration access in the role.
      This will enable the "Branding" tab under the "Enterprise" option for the enterprise users based on this role.
    • Tick the "Advanced Settings" option to include the advanced configuration access in the role.
      This will enable the "Advanced" tab under the "Enterprise" option for the enterprise users based on this role.
  7. Click the "Save" button.
