Customizing your notification emails content

SigningHub enables you to customize the content of notification emails that are associated with the workflow activities. These emails are used to intimate the document owners and recipients about the workflow progress.

To customize the content of notification emails,
  1. Click the "Settings" option from the top menu.
  2. Click the "Emails" option from the right menu.
  3. Click the "Email Contents" tab,
  4. Select email type from the "Type" drop down.
    The default content (subject and body) will be displayed in the respective fields.
  5. Customize the text of email subject and email body as required.
  6. Click the "Save" button.
    Click the "Reset to Default" button to discard your customizations and bring the content of all the emails back to their default.

1. Contents shown in CAPS within [ ] are the system variables and will be filled automatically. You must not edit or delete these variables.
2. ‚ÄčIn case you are logged in as an enterprise user, these email configurations will overrule your enterprise email configurations. The emails sent from an enterprise account and from SigningHub to the enterprise users are branded as per the enterprise branding configurations, and will have the company logo in the email headers.
