SigningHub Admin supports granular role-based access management along with their fine grained authorization, i.e. read, add/ edit, and delete access on different SigningHub Admin modules/ sub modules.

Based on the administration requirements, you can manage (Add, Edit, and Delete) different roles that can be assigned to the administrator profiles. In this way the administration responsibilities can be shared in a customized way.

Create a new admin role

  1. Click the "Access Control" option from the left menu.
  2. Click the "Roles" tab.
  3. Click  to add a new admin role.
A dialog will appear to configure the role details. The dialog is comprised of two screens, i.e. Basic Information and Details. Specify the basic information and click the "Next" button to select the allowed modules modules and their respective granular access for this role.

  4. Click the "Finish" button. A new admin role will be saved and displayed in the list. See the below table for fields description.
  5. Repeat the steps 1-4 to create multiple roles.
