eID Easy is a platform that acts as a broker to many Remote Signing Service Providers who do not support the CSC interface. The eID Easy Connector allows SigningHub to connect with eID Easy to perform server side signing. 


Create an eID Easy connector

  1. Click the "Configurations" option from the left menu.
  2. Click the "Connectors" option. The "Connectors" screen will appear.
  3. Click  from the grid header.

  4. A dialog will appear to add the connector details. The connector dialog is comprised of two sections, i.e. Basic Information and Details. 
    The following table describes the fields on the "Basic Information" section of this dialog.


Basic Information

Fields

Description

Name

Specify a unique name for this connector, i.e. My eID Easy Connector. This connector will be used in the configuration of Signing Profiles. 

Provider

Select the provider for this connector, i.e. "eID Easy". 

Purpose

This field will display the purpose of the selected provider above, i.e. the purpose of "eID Easy" is "Signing".

Active

Tick this check box to make this connector active. Inactive connectors cannot be configured in the Signing Profiles.


Specify the basic information and click the "Next" button to provide the respective connector details. The following table describes the fields on the "Details" section of this dialog.

Description

Logo

Select an appropriate image in the jpeg, jpg, gif or png format for the connector's logo that will be displayed on the login screen.

Server Address

Specify the signing service address of the eID Easy server, i.e. "https://test.eideasy.com/"

Client ID

Specify the client ID for the webpage registered in eID Easy admin console

Client Secret

Specify the client secret for the webpage registered in eID Easy admin console.

Level of Assurance

It is the level of assurance for your eID Easy Connector. SigningHub executes the signing process using a Hash-Based signing approach. Currently eID Easy only supports Qualified Electronic Signatures with a Hash-Based Signing Approach.


  1. Click the "Finish" button. A new connector will be saved and displayed in the list.
