SigningHub offers a trial account subscription to evaluate its services before the actual purchase. In this regard you can subscribe for a basic 3 users account that will give you 5 digital signatures absolutely free. 

Register a trial account

  1. Go to www.SigningHub.com and click the "Free Trial" option.
  2. In the next appearing screen, specify your Name and Email ID, and agree to the terms and conditions. Click the "Start Trial" button.
    An activation email will be sent to you.
  3. Open the activation email from your Inbox and follow the activation link. 
  4. Configure your account password, security question, and security answer, from the activation screen. Click the "Save" button.
    In this way, your free trial account will be activated and you will be redirected to the login screen.
  5. Use your credentials to log into your SigningHub account. 
    A default welcome document will be available (in the "Pending" status) in your account for test signing.


  1. If you have forgotten your account password, click the "Forgot password" link and follow the subsequent steps to recover it.
  2. You can change your service plan anytime after registration. System users
  3. If you are using a free account of SigningHub, and have been invited by an Enterprise Admin to join their enterprise as an Enterprise User, then accepting the invitation will halt your free subscription, and will shift your subscription to enterprise user (subscription) of the inviting enterprise. However, your previous documents will still be available to you in their respective statuses.
  4. The checkbox I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at SignUp page will be displayed if at least one Service agreement is marked active in SigningHub Admin -> Global Settings -> Service Agreements.
  5. The checkbox I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at SignUp page will be displayed and it is mandatory to check if Ensure Terms of Service and Privacy Policy is Agreed  is enabled in SigningHub Admin -> Global Settings.
