Enterprise registrations are useful for small and medium-sized business organizations that require digital signatures for their approval processes. Large enterprises can also be equally benefited with Enterprise registrations. However, for large organizations, the on-premises deployment of SigningHub is recommended to cut down the overall cost. Contact support for more details.

Register as an enterprise

  1. Go to www.SigningHub.com and click the "Buy Now" option.
  2. The Service plans screen will appear, select an appropriate enterprise "Service plan" and click the "Buy Now" button. 
  3. In the next appearing screen, specify your Email ID (mandatory), Name, Mobile Phone, Account Type, Job Title, Company Name, and agree to the terms and conditions (mandatory). Click the "Next" button.
  4. Specify the enterprise name in the next appearing screen, and select the payment mode i.e. Monthly/ Yearly.
  5. Click the "Create Account" button. 
  6. The payment screen will appear from where you can make the required payment.
    An activation email will be sent to you.
  7. Open the activation email from your inbox and follow the activation link. 
  8. Configure your account password, security question, and security answer from the activation screen. Click the "Save" button.
    In this way, your enterprise account will be activated and you will be redirected to login screen.
  9. Use your credentials to log into your SigningHub account.
  10. Now you may invite your enterprise users to your enterprise.
  1. A new enterprise account is always created with two roles, i.e. Enterprise Admin and Enterprise Users. SigningHub assigns the "Enterprise Admin" role to the account owner, and the "Enterprise Users" role to all other users, for which role has not been specified. 
  2. If you have forgotten your account password, click the "Forgot password" link and follow the subsequent steps to recover it.
  3. You can change your service plan anytime after registration.
  4. The "Regularly" option lets you pay on regular basis (monthly/ annually) against continuous service plan, while the "Pay As You Go" option lets you make a payment after consuming the allowed signature pack.
  5. The service plan (either free or paid) is assigned at account level, i.e. the overall digital signatures count is reduced with each signature by any user within the enterprise. 
  6. Currently, SigningHub supports the "WorldPay" and "Stripe" payment modes for billing. Worldpay is being used for the recurrent payments of existing users, while for the new registrations, all payments are being done through Stripe
