Improvements in this release
- Security improvements (SHE-34371, SHE-34569)
- Security improvements have been made in this release.
- Attachment & Merging for Guest Users (SHE-34894)
- Document Attachment and Merging can now be performed by the guest user (Unregistered users of the application).
- Finish Process by shared space collaborator (SHE-34936)
- SigningHub logic has been improved to complete finish process in "Only Me", Workflow, by shared space collaborator.
- Update Level of Assurance and Display option while adding Signature Field using v3 API (SHE-34921, SHE-34675, SHE-34635)
- Level of assurance of previously added signature field will be updated to "Electronic Signature" while adding, using V3 API in the “Only Me” Workflow Mode.
- Level of assurance and display option of signature field will be added while adding field using V3 API for backward compatibility as following:
- Electronic Seal (eSeal) or Simple Electronic Signature (SES) level of assurance will be added while adding/updating field using "Add Electronic Signature Field" API as per configuration
- Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) level of assurance will be added while adding/updating field using "Add Digital Signature Field" API as per configuration
- Electronic Seal (eSeal) , Simple Electronic Signature (SES) level of assurance will be added while adding ELECTRONIC_SIGNATURE field type using "Auto Place Field" API as per configuration
- Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) level of assurance will be added while adding DIGITAL_SIGNATURE field type using "Auto Place Field" API as per configuration
- System will display error while adding/updating field when required level of assurance not allowed in service plan and role
- One Time Password (OTP) validation when performing a signature using the CSC Server (SHE-34995)
- SigningHub logic has been improved for explicit credentials authorisation via (One Time Password (OTP) when performing a signature using the CSC Server.
