Improvements in this release

• Performance Improvements - (SHE-25683)
• Improvements have been made to reduce the consumption of SQL Server DTU’s when deployments come under heavy load.
• eSeal stamp annotations - (SHE-25931)
• Updated eSeals to use stamp annotations instead of watermark annotations to retain the integrity of certified documents.
• Security vulnerabilities in SignalR  (SHE-25955)
• Improvements have been made in SignalR implementation as per Microsoft recommendations, to minimise any security vulnerability that causes due to any unauthorised access.
• Signer identification in eSeals - (SHE-26029)
• Documents now contain the signer's name in the signature field when performing eSeals in place of the system certificate used for eSeal signatures.
• Processing of PDF documents with security restrictions - (SHE-24662)
• PDF documents with security restrictions such as password protection, printing etc. are now rejected by SigningHub. 
• Document Date field retention - (SHE-25880)
• Date fields are retained within signed documents following changes to customisations to system configurations for the system language.
• Signing failure on SigningHub Mobile Web (SHE-26094)
• Document signing using SigningHub Mobile Web works seamlessly, which was previously causing a failure due to incorrect page number being returned for the form fields.
